Our forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside email service. Your message may pass through, and be stored on, their systems outside New Zealand.
Only the people who help us serve you, such as our email provider, freight and shipping companies for your delivery, and professional advisers, or when the law requires it.
We are based in New Zealand and follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR. Your information may be handled in other countries, and we take reasonable care to keep it safe.
Only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, and for the business records the law requires us to keep.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@adamarworld.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Private Catalogue remembers your name in your own browser so you do not need to type it again; you can clear this at any time with the “Not you?” button or your browser settings. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your internet address.
