It becomes a firm order only when Adamar confirms price, availability, delivery and payment terms in writing. Sales to distributors are also covered by the written agreement between Adamar and that distributor.
Information in the Private Catalogue and the distributor area is shared in confidence and may be covered by our Non-Disclosure Agreement. Please do not pass it on without our written permission.
