What is covered

Faults in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use within the warranty period. We will repair or replace the faulty part.

What is not covered

• normal wear, such as tyres, brake pads and seat covers;
• damage from accidents, misuse, racing or neglect;
• changes or repairs not approved by Adamar or an Adamar distributor;
• water or charging damage from not following the owner’s guide.

Modifications

Any modification or non-approved repair voids this warranty for the affected part. Adamar is not responsible for accidents, injury, damage, or any legal matter — including anything raised by police or other authorities — that results from a modified motorcycle.

Servicing

Your local Adamar distributor services your motorcycle and will tell you when each service is due. Keep your service records: they help with any warranty claim.

How to make a claim

1. Contact the Adamar distributor who sold you the motorcycle, or use the form below.
2. Tell us the model, the bike’s serial number and what happened, and add a photo if you can.
3. We check the claim and confirm in writing how the repair or replacement will be done.

Your rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of your country.
